Penguins are flightless sea birds that can swim in water and under ice. They come ashore to lay their eggs, often on cliffs, in crowded and very noisy colonies. They are generally found in cold climates such as Antarctica, but some species live in warmer climates such as the Galapagos Islands and South Eastern Australia. The Emperor penguin is the largest variety of Penguins.
